Heat a saucepan. Pour in 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add in the ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel seeds, cloves, basil, mint, turmeric and black peppercorn. Continue boiling it until it reduces by half. Strain the concoction into a mug or glass. Lastly, add in the lemon juice and honey. Stir it well and drink it while it's hot.
