8 Fast and Effective Back Pain Natural Remedies | Pain Relief

My most treasured childhood memory is not having a Back Pain! HAHAHAHA OUCH!

Back pain is a very common issue in todays life. It could be caused by multiple reasons such as:- old age, weak bones, weight gain, sitting on the computer for too long, lack of exercise and so on...

Here are different ways you can reduce and relieve back pain at home:

  • Take equal parts of Ajwain and Jaggery. Consume it with a glass of Warm Water to ease pain.

  • In a saucepan, pour a glass of Water, 1 tablespoon Ginger Powder (1 inch Ginger) and 1 tablespoon Gokhru Powder (1 teaspoon Gokhru Pods). Bring to a boil. Strain and drink it in the morning.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon Ginger Oil and 1/2 tablespoon Asafoetida Oil until hot to touch. Massage for relief.

  • In a glass of Water, soak 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds. Let it sit overnight. Consume in the morning.

  • Mix 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida in a glass of Warm Water. Drink to relief back pain.

  • Heat Mustard Oil (hot to touch). Massage for relief.

  • Warm a little Basil Juice and massage to ease pain.

  • Take 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds and 1 inch Ginger. Boil it in a glass of Water. Strain and add 1 teaspoon Honey. Consume for pain relief.

Minor back pains usually respond well to home remedies. Including Yoga in your daily routine, maintaining a Healthy Diet and trying to avoid long hours of Tv and Computer is beneficial. However, some back pain can be a sign of other health issues. Seek medical help if the pain is unbearable.
