Arghhhhh! TOOTHACHE! The worst kind of pain you could experience. Getting relief is the biggest concern when it comes to a toothache. The pain can either be; constant, sharp, sensitive or dull. Some pain can be so severe that its hard to eat or sleep.
But, Don't you Worry! There are many natural ways that can help ease the pain and give you relief:
Rub a pinch of Salt and Turmeric Powder to the swollen gum. Rinse after 5 minutes.
Put a few drops of Clove Oil in a cotton ball and press it down on the affected tooth for 10 - 15 minutes.
Chew on Basil Leaves slowly and let the juice swirl around your teeth.
Frequent rinsing with Salt Water gives relief to the teeth.
Rinse your mouth with 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil for 10 minutes.
Soak 1 teaspoon Black Cumin Seeds in 1 tablespoon Water for 5 minutes. Make a paste and apply on the swollen cheek. Wash it off after 2 hours.
Take a pinch of Asafetida and sprinkle it on the affected tooth. Rinse after 10 minutes.
Use a Cold Compress for 15 - 20 minutes to ease the pain. Repeat if needed.
Take 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice and a pinch of Salt. Mix and rub the paste on the affected tooth.
Drink a glass of Tomato Juice to stop bleeding gums.
Although these are not permanent solutions for toothache, they are still considered very effective. Moreover, maintaining a good oral hygiene is important. Brushing your teeth twice a day, flossing regularly and rinsing your mouth after food consumption is highly beneficial.
Dental visit is always recommended after every 6 months or if the pain gets worse at any point.
